Our internship and trainee programmes give young people the opportunity to gain valuable, hands on experience while building the skills needed for a successful career in engineering.
Working alongside our experienced mechanical and electrical engineers and energy consultants, you’ll receive structured training, support from a dedicated mentor, and real project experience from day one.
Trainees can attend college for up to two years to achieve a recognised SVQ qualification, with opportunities to progress onto our Graduate Scheme and university degree programmes.
Through site visits, inspections, client meetings and hands on engineering activities, you’ll develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to begin a rewarding career in the industry.
